The Senior Manager/Manager, CT&D is responsible for the training and development of the commercial organization and the integration of training and development strategies into the business plan. This individual will work collaboratively with sales, In-line brand teams, Emerging brand teams, Commercial Operations, Market Access & Reimbursement Division and other cross functional leaders to create training and development resources aligned with commercial business unit strategies. The primary focus is on assessment, development, and implementation of a training and development curriculum to support the In-line brands, Emerging brands and Commercial Operations team's core competencies at all levels.
