Ben Change, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Chang has over 25 years of pharmaceutical/executive level experience and currently is President, North American Operations of Biosuccess Biotech Co, LTD based in Los Angeles, CA. Biosuccess is currently in clinical trials for treatment of HIV Aids and AML Leukemia. Prior, Mr. Chang was CEO of Rich Pharmaceuticals, Inc. a distributor of generic pharmaceuticals in the United States. Ben started his life sciences career as co-founder of Sun-Rich Chemicals an import, product development and distribution company of nutraceuticals. Ben specializes in international banking, venture capital, strategic planning, finance, organizational design and the set-up of operations. Mr. Chang received his BS in Economics focused in accounting and international business from East Carolina University. Mr. Chang heads up Pharmaceutical Sales Solutions, LLC and our west coast office located in Los Angeles, California.

Robert Thomas, Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Mr. Thomas has over 20 years of biopharmaceutical senior sales management, managed care, hospital and direct sales experience. Prior to joining PSS, Mr. Thomas held various titles during his tenure at Salix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Abbott Laboratories respectively. These positions included: National Sales Director, Area Sales Director, Regional Manager, Training Director, District Sales Manager, Managed Care Executive and Sales Representative. While National Sales Director at Salix, Mr. Thomas led many successful product launches and sales expansions that resulted in record sales growth and shareholder value. Robert has extensive experience building and expanding biopharmaceutical sales forces and has created numerous representative sales training and incentive programs. Mr. Thomas’ expertise in leadership, tactical planning, product launch, hiring and thought leader development brings tremendous value to our clients. Mr. Thomas has taken his track record of success to create Pharmaceutical Sales Solutions, LLC. Robert received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Rowan University. Mr. Thomas heads up the east coast office located in Morristown, New Jersey.

Joseph P. Reilly, Pharm D, Vice President, Client Communications and Managed Care

Dr. Reilly has over 19 years of extensive life science experience ranging from Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at New York University, one of the nation’s leading Pharm D teaching institutions to extensive pharmaceutical / biotech consulting and lecturing experience on product safety, disease state, clinical studies and pharmacology. This includes clinical presentations to P&T committees at managed care organizations and hospitals across the United States. In addition, Dr. Reilly has lectured to over several thousand physicians, Pharm D’s, Medical Directors and pharmaceutical/biotech employees worldwide. Dr. Reilly has consulted and taught for numerous pharmaceutical companies including AstraZeneca, Bayer, Novartis, Salix, Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, Prometheus, TAP, Proctor & Gamble and numerous other companies, training their sales forces on product/disease state knowledge, pharmacology and effective selling strategies. Dr. Reilly's expertise in pharmacokinetics and experience in both hospital pharmacy and the biopharmaceutical industry gives our clients more advantages by the vast knowledge and relationships he brings. Dr. Reilly received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from St Johns University and his Doctor of Pharmacy from Rutgers University. He completed his Pharmacy Practice Residency from the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and joined Pharmaceutical Sales Solutions, LLC in 2006.

Debbie Wallace, Vice President, Recruitment Services Mrs. Wallace has 17 years of biopharmaceutical sales, managed care and executive pharmaceutical/biotech recruiting experience. During Debbie's tenure at TAP Pharmaceuticals, Inc. she sold directly to specialists, hospitals, teaching institutions and HMO’s. During her career she has won multiple awards and was a President’s Club winner five times. Debbie’s expertise is in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, labor law, employee relations and retention. Debbie is certified from The Adler Group – Executive Interviewing Program. Debbie has an undergraduate degree in Medical Technology from Caldwell College. Debie is currently working out of our east coast office located in Morristown, New Jersey.

Albert Holter, Senior Art Director Mr. Holter has over 25 years of pharmaceutical / executive level creative design and advertising agency experience and currently heads up PSS's creative department. During Albert's tenure he has handled every aspect of marketing communications and developed, implemented and managed tactical advertising and strategic branding with campaign management for numerous pharmaceutical clients. Mr. Holter is an accomplished art director with numerous award-winning campaigns in various forms including logo design, sales collateral, corporate identity, re-launching existing brands, TV, website, corporate displays, direct mail, slide set and scientific abstract design. Mr. Holter joined PSS in 2008 and currently works out of our east coast office located in Morristown, New Jersey.

Michael D’Angelo, Esq, Chief Legal Officer

Mr. D’Angelo is a self-directed, result oriented, successful business entrepreneur, with over 25 years of legal experience, including 20 years of proprietary and operations experience as a principal in private law practice. His background in civil litigation and corporate law in the areas of business planning, development and execution, contract and employment law, transactional and regulatory compliance. Representative clients include Ryder System Inc., NJM Insurance Company and Viscot Medical. Mr. D’Angelo is also an Adjunct Professor of US History at Kean University, the third largest public university in the State of New Jersey, where he has earned an excellent reputation for patiently developing student potential through the art of critical thinking. Mr. D’Angelo’s unique communication skills and ability to make timely, productive decisions make him ideally suited to handle a wide range of issues in the areas of legal operations, sales, sales training, public relations, and business development. Mr. D’Angelo received a BA in Psychology from Boston College and a JD from the Vermont Law School.
