Description:
Motivated District Sales Manager responsible for expanding sales of neurological products.
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership through direction, motivation, coaching, hiring, training, skill development, and industry knowledge
- Supplement the sales representatives’ formal training by ensuring that the sales message is professional, ethical, persuasive and will lead to increased sales and market share
- Responsible for coordination and activity of 8-10 sales representatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree; Master’s preferred
- 7-10 years successful pharmaceutical product sales experience
- Management experience required
- Experience in the hospital selling environments a plus
- Strong analytical and business management skills with demonstrated successful leadership accomplishments
