Description:
Motivated District Sales Manager responsible for sales of hospital based blood glucose monitoring and data management products.

• Provide leadership through direction, motivation, coaching, hiring, training, skill development, and industry knowledge
• Set and exceed goals and monitor all sales progress
• Prepare business plans, forecast and market share analysis for upper management
• Responsible for coordination and activity of 8 sales specialists

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree; Master’s preferred
• 7-10 years successful pharmaceutical product sales experience
• Management experience required
• Experience in the hospital selling environments a plus
• Strong analytical and business management skills with demonstrated successful leadership accomplishments
