Description:
Motivated Regional Sales Manager responsible for strategic leadership and direction of the marketing and sales of specific products.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordination and activity of 10-12 pharmaceutical sales representatives
- Execute regional and national sales strategies to exceed sales goals and the ability to launch new products
- Cultivate strong relationships with physician leaders to develop new business opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree; Master’s preferred
- 7-10 years successful pharmaceutical product sales experience
- Management experience preferred
- Experience in the critical care and hospital selling environments a plus
- Ability to make decisions, strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated leadership successes
